Engineering focus
Connect sensors, instruments and PLCs to measurement, test workflows and records. Start with equipment connectivity and test-bench integration; assess expansion after a measured pilot.
- Equipment connectivity and data acquisition: Connect existing sensors, instruments and equipment. Bring readings and equipment status to computers and mobile devices.
- Edge vision and instrument reading: Observe instruments and equipment with cameras. Keep site photographs alongside readings for human review.
- Indoor robot inspection: Keep fixed monitoring running while a mobile robot visits designated points to collect readings and visual evidence.
- Cloud and mobile coordination: Organise field readings, exceptions and inspection evidence in a shared operational view.
Applications
- Equipment and test-bench integration: Instrument functional tests, heat-exchanger thermal tests, hydraulic test benches and factory measurement systems.
- Automated testing and vision coordination: Functional tests for electronics, automotive components and appliances; visual localisation, three-axis motion and dispensing.
- Laboratory and research equipment monitoring: Laboratory conditions, refrigerated equipment, CO₂, differential pressure, clean areas and equipment status, subject to available sensors.
- Cold-chain and warehouse environment monitoring: Pharmaceutical storage, logistics warehouses, cold rooms, sample refrigerators and archive rooms.
- Equipment-room and facility monitoring: Enterprise equipment rooms, UPS and HVAC status, electrical rooms and distributed sites.
- Instrument vision and indoor robot pilots: Indoor gauge, indicator and appearance inspection in laboratories and equipment rooms.
Engineering experience
- From field equipment to mobile visibility — Measured data path. The measured foundation does not establish universal protocol or notification coverage. Confirm equipment, history, collaboration channels and acceptance scope for each project.
- Coordinate vision, three-axis motion and dispensing — Published technical example. Historical technical material illustrates an engineering approach. It does not identify an undisclosed customer, a current customer relationship or verified production performance.
- A shared view of cold-room conditions — Historical product material. Historical specifications and compliance statements do not constitute verified capabilities or certification of the current EzDAQ system. Customer acceptance records are not presented.
- Connect operating conditions to heat-exchanger test data — Historical product material. Published functional descriptions are an engineering reference. They are not a customer acceptance report or a performance guarantee for new equipment.
- Combine fixed monitoring with robot observation — Pilot design. This is a pilot design. The robot system has not completed physical acceptance testing. Images and demonstrations are illustrative, not customer-site photographs or live data.
- Consolidate equipment-room conditions and status — Application experience. Historical application experience. Current equipment interfaces, deployment conditions and notifications require project-specific validation.
- Monitor laboratory conditions and refrigerated equipment — Application experience. Historical application experience. Gas, pressure differential, clean-area parameters and video depend on actual site equipment and configuration.
- Integrate product functional tests at a production station — Project experience. An engineering experience direction. Equipment, cycle time, accuracy and decision rules must be validated in a new project.
