Coordinate vision, three-axis motion and dispensing
A LabVIEW application for automatic dispensing

Site challenge
LED packaging requires image coordinates to be converted into physical motion coordinates and coordinated with dispensing.
Approach
Use camera localisation and NI vision processing with motion control and pulse hardware to coordinate servo positioning and dispensing.
Technical scope
- Acquire images and locate the target.
- Convert image coordinates to motion coordinates and coordinate three axes.
- Sequence positioning and dispensing using the vision result.
Implementation workflow
- 01
Acquire an image
- 02
Locate and transform coordinates
- 03
Position three axes
- 04
Execute dispensing
