ENGINEERING / SERVICES

Device Integration, LabVIEW Support and Test Software

Review bounded engineering services, prerequisites and acceptance criteria. Remote delivery from Shanghai; on-site work agreed per project.

Start with one device, issue or station

Agree the technical prerequisites, test environment, deliverables and acceptance method before implementation. Hardware, on-site installation and additional protocols are confirmed separately.

Device and instrument integration

Connect existing equipment and instruments to a consistent data workflow. Start with one model and one interface.

Scope:Device and protocol review, data reading and validation, timestamps, units and export.

What to prepare:Device model, protocol documentation, a test unit or authorised test access, and required measurements.

Acceptance:Compare readings in the agreed test environment, identify communication failures and export traceable records.

LabVIEW maintenance and development

Assess a reproducible issue, instrument driver or isolated module in an existing test application.

Scope:Fault investigation, instrument interfaces, logging/reporting modules and bounded migration assessments.

What to prepare:Authorised source code, LabVIEW and driver versions, licensed tools, hardware and reproduction steps.

Acceptance:Validate agreed test cases and supply change notes, regression evidence and the agreed source or runtime package.

Test-bench software integration

Bring instrument readings, test steps and result records together for one station or test process.

Scope:Instrument interfaces, test sequencing, result evaluation, exception records and reporting.

What to prepare:Equipment and signal lists, existing software, test steps, result criteria and on-site responsibilities.

Acceptance:Run the agreed test sequence and review decisions, exception handling and report contents.

Small-site equipment monitoring

Evaluate data logging, history and mobile web viewing for compatible devices in an equipment room or laboratory.

Scope:One site and a small compatible device set, with history export and mobile viewing. Notifications and additional measurements are scoped separately.

What to prepare:Device and measurement lists, network access, data location requirements and an on-site installation contact.

Acceptance:Review samples, access permissions, history and the agreed observation and recovery tests. Verify each measurement against the actual equipment.

Project-specific validation

Our own equipment-to-web monitoring pilot demonstrates a measured data path. It is not a North American customer reference. Validate each device, measurement, notification channel and deployment arrangement in the agreed project.

From technical review to acceptance

  1. Share the device list, versions, protocol and desired outcome.
  2. Review compatibility, permitted access and responsibilities.
  3. Confirm a scoped quotation, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  4. Implement, review test evidence and agree support arrangements.
